Just thought I’d write to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday at Bay View 4, Devon Cliffs. We were fortunate enough to have some lovely weather for best part of the week which obviously helped immensely! However, the best part of the holiday for us was the magnificent view afforded from your caravan; it really was quite breath-taking (even when raining!). The caravan itself was also very clean and very adequate to our dreams (the extra tv in the main bedroom was an added bonus too). We had a superb holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to use one of your caravans again – thank you very much! I hope you had a successful season and wish you all the best for the future

This is our
fourth year of booking with yourselves and I am sure that we will be booking
again next year. The location of the caravan is fantastic, it's close to
the beach, the Beachcomber (pub which has a fantastic breakfast/meals by the
way) and has amazing views across the bay. The veranda / balcony is a
bonus.
If you can get the train to Torquay from Exmouth. We have done this for
the past 2 years and it is a great day out.
I cannot honestly think of any downsides.
