I now have the capacity to take on several extra caravans.

You the owner decide on the conditions / requirements you wish the caravan to be hired out at.

As an Agent no fixed terms / contracts. We work flexible together for your extra income on your valued holiday home. Not a exclusivity contract as with some Agents & ask yourself WHY ? they ask this of you. Do they guarantee your earnings with this contract NO.

Most peak weekends & Bank holidays I will be at one or other Park.

We have successfully been letting caravans at Devon Cliffs since 1999, & own 'several' now ourselves. 

This is our commitment to our holiday letting service. 

A new caravan each year for the last 4 years.

At Devon Cliffs we use a well established & approved cleaning company at the end of the holiday let.

We are small in caravan numbers but well established with our holidaymakers, & extensive advertising.

We have several owners at present who I act as agent for & have been pleasantly rewarded over the last few seasons, for their confidence in me.

We cannot guarantee bookings but over the season do very well. 

Never to late in the season to consider letting ! All grades of caravans let & all locations.

We work very closely with a well established internet caravan letting company to maximise our booking potential.

Note from 2010 after several 'time wasting owners' there will be a £50 set up fee that at the end of the season is refunded to owner.
