We have now for our own use a private caravan very close to 'Devon Cliffs'

in Exmouth. Images of caravan

Sited on a very exclusive site at entrance to the holiday park.

This has access to public foot path to 'Sandy Bay' & then the Devon Dorset costal path.

The caravan is at moment available Monday (or Sunday evening to Fridays.) March - November. For hire.

Certain weeks will be available Sat. - Sat. or Sat - Fri depending on our own visits.

Advertised start date on a Monday is early Monday or even late Sunday evenings 6 pm ish.

Departure times (on advertised Fridays is up to 4 pm.)

Saturdays times, arrivals 3pm, Departures 10 am.

Couples (Adults) only (Or older families). - up to 4 persons max. Aged over 21

No children, & sorry no holidaymakers Pets allowed in the caravan or on this private Park.

No single sex parties.

Ideal for retied pensioners, persons or anyone wishing to take a quiet holiday in East Devon.

Very close to Exmouth & also the 'Tesco' superstore a 5 minute drive away

There is a bus stop (to Exmouth) just outside the site 5 minuets walk from caravan

The site is very private / peaceful with well maintained gardens.

The caravan is a 2 bedroom 'Pemberton Mystique'

Double glazed & central heated.

Large wooden side & front veranda. Lynn as added a Cast Iron patio set June 2010.

Views on Sandy Bay / Exmouth sea. & inland surrounding woodlands.

Caravan features.

Nice kitchen. large fridge freezer. Gas cooker / microwave. &

washing machine & clothes line.

Main large double bed. on-suite shower / toilet.

Second bedroom with 2 single beds.

Bed linen & or towels can be provided if required.

Second bathroom with bath / shower & toilet.

Very large lounge / dinning room.

2 sets of patio doors, front & lounge side set.

Large HD digital TV with built in hard drive recorder & now a separate DVD player.

Video player in the TV cabinet .

Now with a 'Sky dish'. (take your own box & card.)

There is a sky box at moment connected to the TV.

I fitted your card & this did operate all our subscribed channels.

Tarmac roads & caravan pull in.

This caravan is hired at reasonable hire rates for the area.

Again Note. This caravan IS NOT on the haven holiday park & is of very exclusive use.

Please respect the adjacent caravans are private & not holidaymaker's but owners or their families.
