    These 2 caravans are advertised on my web site for the owner who will deal direct with your booking. She lives on the holiday park in the season & is very experienced with many years of letting caravan holidays on Devon Cliffs.         Mrs Ann Yewbrey.

3. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Ann Yewbrey' (given on the booking forms) and the envelope addressed to the Owner, Ann who wishes her address only to be given out per a phone call enquiry, or by e mailing me. Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for any loss.
4. On receiving your deposit payment a receipt will be returned by post  This will confirm your booking dates and show the remaining balance. The final due date for this remaining balance will show on your receipt and will be 4 weeks before commencement of holiday, however, no further reminder other than the original receipt will be sent. This remaining balance should be sent as soon as possible before the 4 week deadline, If later a telephone call prior to the deadline date must be recorded by the owner.

 Should your payment not reach Ann by the due date she reserves  the right to re-let the caravan. with no refund. or notice to you.
5. Should you book 5 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made..
6. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately,  as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday.
7 i,   For safety & other holidaymakers the caravans are non-smoking please.
   iii,  Pets - may be taken in Cypress Way 14 @ Devon Cliffs. Subject to  approval to stay. at no extra cost on holiday booking.
.        Any pets (of any description) found in caravans - not approved , the holidaymakers will be asked to find alternative accommodation for these pets at their expense, or asked to leave the caravan forfeiting their holiday..)

On -line bookings.

2008 was the start o our 'secure' on - line - booking service. This requires all the booking details added on line & must have a current E mail address & valid credit / debit card to complete . There is an immediate  receipt to the payment then later one from me to confirm all your holiday requirements. A final payment is preferred by cheque, but a facility to again pay the full amount by credit / debit card is available. 

Please though prior to booking please ring to confirm the week is still available as we reserve all weeks over the phone for those wishing to pay / post their booking to us, thus a weeks reserve time for us to receive the details. 

CONDITIONS OF HIRE - (combined park rules)

1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from :-
a) Groups of single sex.      b) Groups under 21 years of age.
2. Devon Cliffs is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
3. In order for the caravan to be cleaned and inspected, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure. 
4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

Party Members - declaration

All members of the holiday party must for insurance purposes be declared on your holiday booking form.

This form / details are declared to the Park owners 'Haven'.

If extra (unregistered) members are found to be using (sleeping in) the caravan, your holiday will immediately be cancelled & you will be asked  to leave, obviously with no refund.

Changes to Bookings

Should the situation arise that you whish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15 will be required.

Entry to the caravan on these 2 caravans is direct at the caravan where the owner will meet you with key & passes (if ordered in advance.)

Entry time to be agreed with owner on booking enquiry. Usually after 14.00 hrs.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must advise Anne immediately by telephone and she will correct Haven emergency records.
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations.
Conditions
- In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
Please note we or Anne does not own the caravan site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those currently advertised.

Please, remember to take your own bed linen (or Ann's hire service @ £6 per bed) .The Park does not now hire to private holidays - sorry. 

If booking / printing form from internet :- please e-mail to confirm your address & I can  then easily reply to confirm 'Booking Details' received. Any problems on a booking please E mail or ring.

The caravan booking is taken direct with the owner, Ann.     But I will if required pass on any questions or (e mails) or help with any booking you have taken through my web site on these 2 caravans.
