3. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the relevant  name (given on the booking forms) and the envelope addressed to Mr. P. Eaton (BVC). Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for any loss.
4. On receiving your deposit payment a receipt will be returned. (either by post or prefferred by E mail) This will confirm your booking dates and show the remaining balance. The final due date for this remaining balance will show on your receipt and will be 4 weeks before commencement of holiday, however, no further reminder other than the original receipt will be sent. This remaining balance should be sent as soon as possible before the 4 week deadline, If later a telephone call prior to the deadline date must be recorded by us..

 Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. with no refund.
5. Should you book 5 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
6. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, (especially your E mail address) as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday.
7, i,  The caravan bed mattresses are fitted with protective covers, please do not remove these during your stay.
   ii,   For safety & other holidaymakers the caravans are non-smoking please.
   iii,  Pets - please now ring with details But allowed in Gorse Hill 1, Spruces 128, Sunset View 41 @ Devon Cliffs. Subject to our approval to stay.
.        Any pets (of any description) found in caravans - not approved by us, the holidaymakers will be asked to find alternative accommodation for these pets at their expense, or asked to leave the caravan forfeiting their holiday with us.)

On -line bookings.

2008 was the start o our 'secure' on - line - booking service. This requires wall the booking details added on line & must have a current E mail address & valid credit / debit card to complete . There is an immediate  receipt to the payment then later one from me o confirm all your holiday requirements. A final payment is preferred by cheque, but a facility to again pay the full amount by credit / debit card is available. Please though prior to booking please ring to confirm he week is still available as we reserve all weeks over the phone for those wishing to pay / post their booking to us, thus a weeks reserve time for us to receive the details. 

CONDITIONS OF HIRE - (combined park rules)

1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from :-
a) Groups of single sex.      b) Groups under 21 years of age.
2. Devon Cliffs is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
3. In order for us to clean and check the caravans, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before   (Now) 2.50pm on the day of arrival. Or see below Car's may be parked in the caravans 'pullin' after 11 o'clock.
4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

Party Members - declaration

All members of the holiday party must for insurance purposes be declared on your holiday booking form.

This form / details are declared to the Park owners 'Haven'.

If extra (unregistered) members are found to be using (sleeping in) the caravan, your holiday will immediately be cancelled & you will be asked  to leave, obviously with no refund.

Changes to Bookings

Should the situation arise that you whish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15 will be required.

PETS & SMOKING

Sorry no pets allowed  (only by prior arrangement) &; no smoking in the caravan please.
If pets are found in caravans you  will be  asked to  find them suitable  accommodation - if not -  you then asked to leave the caravan with no refund.

EARLY ARRIVAL’S - Devon Cliffs

We have had many requests from holidaymakers in the past to have the caravan keys early. The caravans are vacated at the latest 10 o’clock, on the day of departure. The contract cleaners have many caravans to clean in the day and cannot guarantee entry till 3 pm.    2008 we can offer two extra options :-

i,     entry at 10.10 hrs but the caravan would not be cleaned  by us!
ii,     priority cleaning which has your caravan cleaned ready first by (11.40 hrs) – @ extra £20.
If either of these two options is required, this MUST be arranged in advance with us. 

Entry to the caravans will not be earlier than given on the key release forms. 

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must advise us immediately by telephone and we will correct Haven emergency records.
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations.
Conditions
- In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
Please note we do not own the caravan site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those currently advertised.

Note

Please, remember to take your own bed linen (or our hire service) .The Park does not now hire to private holidays - sorry.
