The caravan bed mattresses are fitted with protective covers, please
do not remove these during your stay.

the caravans are non-smoking please.
iii, No unauthorised pets in Caravans please.
CONDITIONS
OF HIRE - (combined park rules)
1. We
regret that we are unable to accept bookings from :-
a) Groups of single sex.
b) Groups under 21 years of age.
2. Primrose
Valley is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable
conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will
be asked to leave.
3. In order for us to clean
and check the caravans, departures must be made before 10am on
the day of departure.
Arrivals : Car may be parked in caravan 'pullin' after 11 o'clock.
4. The caravan must be left
in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for
all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage,
or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay. We do provide a Hoover in all
our caravans.
5.
Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances
beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Changes to
Bookings
Should the situation
arise that you whish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability)
or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15
will be required.
PETS & SMOKING
Sorry no pets allowed (only by prior arrangement) &; no smoking in the caravan
please.
If pets are found in caravans you will be asked to find
them suitable accommodation - if not - you then asked to leave
the caravan with no refund.
EARLY ARRIVAL’S - Primrose Valley
Cleaning will commence @ 10 o clock by 'the owners', preferred
arrivals will thus be after this. We will be on site till after
3 pm. Please ring asap to arrange the early caravan cleaning if you wish.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION
If due to illness,
injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must
advise us immediately by telephone and we will correct Haven emergency
records.
We recommend holiday insurance from
your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday
cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations.
Conditions - In the case of any dispute
our decision is final.
Please note we do not own the caravan
site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the
facilities from those advertised.

Please, remember to take your own bed linen (or our hire arrangements) & toiletries.
