Terms & Conditions

1. When you book, a prompt £50 or £75 deposit is required for each week. This secures your booking. Please ensure that you include this with your booking form. Alternatively, if you book by phone this should be with us within 3 days. This deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Smartbookers Ltd' and the envelope addressed to Mr. P. Eaton (BVC). 34 The Sycamores, Broadmeadows, South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 3AE.
Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss.
3. On receiving your deposit payment a receipt will be returned. This will confirm your booking dates and show the remaining balance. The final due date for this remaining balance will show on your receipt and will be 8 weeks before commencement of holiday, however, no further reminder other than the original receipt will be sent. This remaining balance should be sent as soon as possible before the 8 week deadline, but never later than 6 weeks before your holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
4. Should you book 8 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
5. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday
6, i, The caravan bed mattresses are fitted with protective covers, please do not remove these during your stay.
ii, For safety & other holidaymakers these caravans are non-smoking please. (You may smoke outside !)
iii, No pets in these 2 Caravans please.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE - (combined park rules)

1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from :-
a) Groups of single sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age.
2. Primrose Valley is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
3. In order for us to clean and check the caravans, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure.
Arrivals : Car may be parked in caravan 'pullin' after 11 o'clock.
4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

Changes to Bookings

Should the situation arise that you whish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15 will be required.

PETS & SMOKING

Sorry no pets allowed &; no smoking inside the caravan please.
If pets are found in caravans you will be asked to find them suitable accomadation - if not - you then asked to leave the caravan with no refund.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must advise us immediately by telephone and we will correct Haven emergency records.
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations.
Conditions - In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
Please note we do not own the caravan site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those advertised.

Please, remember to take your own bed linen (or our hire arrangements) & toiletries.
